The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right from the start. We loved being just a short stroll away from Bunratty Castle, which provided an amazing historic experience during our stay.

Met a client here and the staff went above and beyond! The lady at the reception was wonderfully helpful, and the bar waitress was attentive even during a busy match!

Uncomfortably small bed left little room to move, resulting in a less than restful night. Accessing the room from the parking lot required a long haul through the back, with locked doors during our early departure, which felt a bit disorganized. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made both the bedroom and dining areas stuffy, impacting overall comfort.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable night with the room packed with amenities. The staff provided attentive service, particularly Breeda in the restaurant, who managed the busy evening with a smile. Heads-up, if you’re catching an early flight, bring your breakfast snack as dining starts a bit late.

The food at Treacys was a culinary delight, especially the salads—fresh and mouthwatering! Plus, the nearby Hook & Ladder Shannon and Knights Bistro served up some fab local eats that kept my taste buds dancing. With a lovely bar area to unwind in after a long day, it’s hard not to enjoy the vibe here.

However, my room was on the second floor with no lift serving that area, which felt a bit dodgy for my mobility needs. The staff’s attitude was a tad off when I mentioned my issue—totally not cool when you’re already stressed about accessibility!

I fell in love with the cute atmosphere. The spacious King Room, and the attention to detail in cleanliness was perfect. Don't even get me started on the breakfast-a fantastic spread that included freshly made options and local favorites, setting me up for an adventurous day!

The food was great. I had a well-cooked eggs Benedict with Limerick ham. The kitchen staff worked hard to meet requests even when busy. They made my breakfast enjoyable.

I found it hard to fit in a double bed. The room could use a larger bed for comfort.

This place suits me perfectly with great internet access, a cozy bar area, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me retrieve sim cards left in my room. Highly recommend it!
